PLASTINDIA FOUNDATION’s PRESIDENT – K K SEKSARIA AT THE BENGAL GLOBAL BUSINESS SUMMIT 2018

The Government of West Bengal organized the 4th edition of Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS) on 16-17 January, 2018 at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, New Town, Kolkata. The objective was to promote the entire Eastern and North Eastern States of India as an integrated business destination.
Over 300 delegates from 30 foreign countries and other parts of country attended the event. BGBS has nine partner countries including China, Poland, South Korea, Italy, UK and France and a total of 214 business delegation arrived from these countries.
During the summit, the government had organized a special session on Petrochemicals and Plastics, where more than 50 leading luminaries from the Plastics fraternity across the country attended. Mr. K. K. Seksaria, President, Plastindia Foundation, representing the Plastics Industry during the special session, apprised the gathering on the current status of Plastics Industry status, its future growth outlook and investment potential of Petrochemicals sector in the Bengal and Eastern region.
